CZ Construction Management renovated two units for a local real estate investor who recently purchased the property. These apartments had great potential, and we unlocked it! Before diving into construction, we laid the groundwork with a thorough pre-construction phase to streamline the entire process. This included ordering essential materials with long lead times to avoid delays. We did a lot of work inside the apartments, replacing outdated ACT ceilings and panel walls with fresh drywall. New doors, frames, and flooring brought new life into every room, while upgraded lighting and two remodeled kitchens added a contemporary touch.
