If the numbers and vision align, the next step is moving into a Pre-Construction / Design Development Agreement to refine details and set the foundation for success.

2. Pre-Construction & Design Development

This is where ideas turn into a plan. We coordinate with designers, engineers, and trade partners to develop drawings, confirm feasibility, and establish a working budget. Our JobTread client portal keeps everything organized — drawings, estimates, and schedules — so you always know where your project stands.

3. Detailed Proposal & Agreement

Once the design and scope are defined, we prepare a proposal that breaks down the budget line by line. This transparent approach ensures you see exactly where your money is going, while aligning expectations before we break ground.

4. Construction & Project Management

With approvals in place, construction begins. Our team manages all trades, permits, inspections, and scheduling to keep your project moving. You’ll receive regular updates, progress photos, and real-time budget tracking through your client portal, so you’re always informed.

5. Quality Control & Communication

We believe in proactive communication. Our project managers walk the site daily, ensuring work meets our standards and your expectations. Weekly check-ins and milestone reviews keep everyone aligned from start to finish.

6. Final Walk-Through & Closeout

When construction wraps up, we complete a thorough punch list and quality review to make sure every detail is right. You’ll receive all closeout documentation — warranties, manuals, and compliance paperwork — so you can move forward with confidence.

7. Ongoing Support

Our relationship doesn’t end when the project does. Whether it’s future upgrades, warranty questions, or simply guidance for maintenance, we remain a trusted partner long after the last day on site.
