The Scope

This project was rebuilt from the inside out. Our work included:

• Roof removal and new dormer build-out to expand the top floor layout

• All-new MEPs (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) throughout

• New kitchens and bathrooms with upgraded finishes

• New flooring and interior finishes across every unit

• Exterior improvements with durable, low-maintenance materials

Kitchen & Interior Finishes

The interiors were designed to feel clean, bright, and timeless—high-end without being trendy.

• White shaker kitchen cabinets

• Hardwood flooring throughout

• Large, sunny unit layouts with improved flow

• Updated trim, paint, and modern interior detailing

Bathrooms

The bathrooms were built for everyday function with a polished, modern look.

Primary Suite / Master Bath + Closet

• Master bathroom paired with a walk-in closet layout

• Elevated finishes and a clean, modern aesthetic

Secondary Bathroom

• Subway tile surround for a classic, durable finish

• LED mirror for a modern, high-end touch
