Project Highlights

Everett Apartment Renovation

Construction is underway on two apartments in Everett. The first floor had ACT ceilings and wood panel walls. The kitchen was old and in rough shape. We just received our inspections and will be installing drywall on the ceilings and walls. The apartments are due to be finished by the first week of August, which is a five-week turnaround. This is a relief for the owner, who can now get these units occupied by 8/15!

East Boston Three Family Gut Rehab

We are wrapping up demo on this three family gut rehab. The project will start framing soon. Stay Posted!
