Carpentry

  • Furnish and install a new 24” vanity.

    • If floating we need to add blocking

  • Furnish and install a new vanity mirror 

  • Furnish and install new baseboard

  • Furnish and install new bathroom door/trim - Folding Door

  • Plaster wall as needed

Plumbing

  • Furnish and install new toilet

  • Furnish and install new vanity faucet

  • Furnish and Install new tub

  • Furnish and install new shower valve, shower head, shower wand and drain

Electrical

  • Furnish and install a new bathroom fan.

  • Furnish and install new GFCI outlet to replace existing 

  • Furnish and install an additional GFCI Outlet 

  • Furnish and install radiant floor heating power/thermostat.

  • Furnish and install new vanity lighting.

Tile

  • Furnish and install tile wall with bullnose trim

  • Furnish and install a  tile floor

  • Furnish and install radiant floor heating

  • Furnish and install tile threshold 

Paint

  • Paint bathroom/trim 

Demo

  • Demo Scope Items as needed

  • Remove debris and dispose
